Here are answers to questions you may have:

  • Are you licensed? Yes, we are licensed by the City of St. Paul & State of Minnesota.
  • Does your cost per person cover dishes, linens, staff, rentals….? Our wedding packages included linens, dishes, stainless flatware, water goblets and all that’s needed to serve your meal. There are certain optional items which can be rented for an additional cost (see our Wedding Catering page).
  • Are cleanup and setup included? Your facility should have tables set up in place. We will then set the tables and do the cleanup at the end of the evening.
  • Are there staff labor charges in addition to the per plate cost? No, we only charge an 18% service charge, which includes staff labor and gratuity.
  • Do you provide decorations for the tables? We do rent mirrors and votive candle holders. Most people like to do other table decorations themselves or rely on the florist.
  • How much time do you need for setup and cleanup? That changes from event to event. We would have to look at the details of your event to determine the exact time needed.
  • Do you have a standard contract? We have a contract which you need to sign at the time of your deposit and return to us.
  • Do you require a deposit? Yes, we would need a $500 deposit to secure your date. Balance is due the week of the event, prior to the party.
  • Do you have pictures of events you have done? We have a Facebook page that has several photos (we’d love for you to become a fan!).  We also have videos.
  • Do you do Vegetarian, Lactose-free, Gluten-free entrees? Yes, we are happy to provide specialty items such as these. Just let us know in advance whatever needs you may have.
  • Do you offer “tastings?” Yes, we offer tasting sessions for 1-4 people. That is a perfect time to discuss other details of your event. Evening appointments work best for us.  Please contact us to set up an appointment for a tasting.
  • Do you provide children’s meals or prices? Yes, we provide special children’s meals if the number is significant. Otherwise we would simply charge half price for children under 10.
  • Do you have referrals we can contact? We have notes from customers on the website commenting on our quality and service that can be seen under Testimonials. We have been in business for over 50 years, a claim that only successful caterers can make!
