Thanks to the entire Skinner’s Catering team for a perfectly-executed event. More than 400 military veterans gathered for a special buffet lunch prior to a legislative rally, and Skinner’s made the planning, menu selection and special requests easy. The food quality was superb, the portions were generous and all aspects of the event were professionally provided by an experienced and friendly staff. The guests in attendance could not have been happier, and the food service even drew a round of applause at the conclusion of the event!
